Finally, here are some of the pictures I took in America, starting with the wonderful Jamon iberico tasting in Kansas City. Jasper and Ryan are seen in front of the 4 hams, then the hams starting with Jamon iberico, serrano, speck and the last one was prosciutto di Parma. Next, you see my friend Bill with the participants from the very active KC convivium of Slow Food.
Next is Leslie who now has internet proof she skied a <><> double black diamond slope at Vail called Blue Ox and the last is an Easter pic of my family from St. Louis.
